I used to suffer form severe allergies and then I started something called “calorie restriction with Optimal nutrition”. It is used to extend maximum lifespan. Anyway, for 3 years now I have been 100% allergy free. My diet has lots of fruits, veggies, omega 3, nuts. I also take high dose Vitamin D3. Completely took away my 6 year allergy.
