Growing Your Breasts The Way Mother Nature Does

Do you feel embarrassed by the size of your breasts? Are you reluctant to put on a bathing suit and go to the beach or swimming pool because of your small breasts? Do you want to grow your breasts but cannot afford breast enlargement surgery or feel unsafe taking pills?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of the above questions, the solution to your problem is enlarging your breasts naturally instead of surgically or chemically. The question is,how does Mother Nature do it?

We all know that a woman’s breasts first start to grow during puberty between the ages of 13 and 18. Your body changes from that of a girl’s to that of a woman’s. One of the changes is an increase in breast size. This happens when your ovaries release a hormone called estrogen. Estrogen is the primary hormone required for breast growth and is produced by your body throughout your life until menopause to increase or maintain your breast size. So the natural way to increase breast growth is to increase the level of estrogen in your body.

Since your breasts are primarily made up of fatty tissue, more fat in your chest area would increase your breast size. But if you intend to increase the amount of fat in your body, you have to be careful of what type of fat you take.

There are four types of fats – saturated fats that are found in animal meats and milk, polyunsaturated fats that are found in vegetable oils and certain margarines, trans-fatty acids that are made up of polyunsaturated fats that undergo hydrogenation and monounsaturated fats that are found in olive oil, canola oil and peanut butter. The problem with increasing fat intake is that it also tends to increase cholesterol in your blood and we all know that too much cholesterol spells trouble in the form of heart disease and strokes. So when you increase your fat intake, be sure that they are monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats rather than saturated fats.

Thankfully, there are ways to do all these conveniently and inexpensively. Estrogen is found in natural foods such as wild yam, fenugreek, saw palmetto, soy products like soya or tofu, flax seed, whole grains and cereals in the form of phytoestrogen. Unsaturated fats (poly and mono) can be found in plant proteins and plant foods like olive oil, canola oil, dry beans, tofu, flax seed, seaweed and wheat germ. Polyunsaturated fats (omega 3 fatty acid is an example) are also found in deep sea fish oils like cod liver oil.

By combining these dietary considerations with other factors such as massage techniques, sleep patterns and right mental attitudes you can make your breasts grow naturally. The most effective method that combines all these facets of natural breast enlargement is found in Nancy Newton’s e-book, “How I Made My Breasts Grow Bigger Naturally“. I highly recommend Nancy’s techniques because they are comprehensive whereas most other methods only focus on one or two aspects of breast growth, which is why they fail.

Nancy shows you how to:

Influence the cells in your breasts to grow

Utilize your emotions in determining the speed at which your breasts grow

Program your mind for successful breast growth in five different ways

Use your imagination to influence the size of your breasts And much more.

Growing Pains and How to Resolve Them in Three Easy Steps

Growing pains are, well painful. They can keep a child awake at night and cause real disability while they last. Apart from giving your child pain killers, are there any effective alternatives, that are safe?

There are always countless ways of approaching any problem. It’s a question of how creative you are in your search.

Growing pains are limited to bones. As they occur in children who are obviously growing, you can probably see that what the child needs is support with bone growth.

Now you might think you are doing just that with the diet, with plenty of milk. After all milk is rich in calcium and the bones need calcium. Right?

Yes, in theory. No in practice.

Why?

Well, milk is a great food for baby cows. But is a lousy food for humans, and weaned humans at that. So, for all your efforts of providing dairy for healthy bone growth in your child, you’re way off the mark.

Green leafy vegetables, nuts and seeds are the richest source of calcium, in a balanced form which a body can easily digest and utilise. True, they don’t have as much calcium as milk, but it is ALL in a form which your body can digest and use.

Whereas the calcium in milk is not readily available.

So it’s more important that the mineral is in an available form to be used by your body, than is the quantity in the food or supplement.

So to treat growing pains, it’s best to cut out dairy and increase the amount of green leafy vegetables your child eats. Add nuts and seeds into the mix, and that may be all that is needed for healthy bone growth.

But there is a third way to ensure healthy bone growth in children.

Growing pains are really easy to heal with homeopathy. There is a specific medicine called Calcarea phosphoricum (Calc phos for short) that is almost guaranteed to help every child with this malady.

It is available in most health stores as a tissue salt. But you can also purchase it from homeopaths and homeopathic pharmacies.
